Marshall Zhang works as a member of the Harcourts Auction team, has the ability to speak both English and Mandarin, and provides a genuine point of difference to the customer. Marshall has a relaxed yet professional style to his Auction calls. He has the ability to immediately make buyers feel at ease and believes that if the Auctioneer can make a buyer enjoy the process and maybe even have a little bit of fun, they are more likely to engage and the end result – a better price for his seller!

Prior to Auctioneering Marshall enjoyed a successful real estate selling career working alongside one of the industries top operators. This experience was invaluable and gave him the opportunity to hone his negotiation skills, a quality required by any top Auctioneer.
